Q: I just ordered Prostate Pleasure, but I didn't receive anything via email. What happened?

A: You may have forgotten to click the "return to merchant" link after ordering, or you may have been disconnected from the internet prior to accessing our download page. These are the only reasons you wouldn't have had access to the members area right away.

If this happens, just send me an email to support[at]prostate-pleasure.com (along with your Paypal transaction ID) and I'll send you the information you'll need to login to our members area ASAP.

Q: I'm worried about privacy. I don't want anybody to know that I bought Prostate Pleasure!

A: Completely understandable. That's why I've designed the book to be 100% discreet. Your credit card statement will simply read an inconspicuous, "Paypal" and nothing will ever arrive at your door because the course is downloaded entirely online. Nobody will ever know what you've purchased!

Q: How long will it take to receive the product once I place my order?

A: You will be able to download everything ONLINE immediately after you order. You will be directed to our members area where you can view the material online or download it to your computer. The whole process takes no more than 2 minutes.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Are there any other ways to pay?

A: You can pay by e-check or directly through Paypal as well.

Q: Is it secure to order online? I'm a little bit concerned about giving out my credit card on the internet.

A: Your order is 100% secure. In fact, I never even see any of your personal details (besides your name and email address) and neither does my staff because it is processed completely through a very reliable third party processor - Paypal!

Q: Can I get this in a bookstore?

A: No. As of right now the book is sold exclusively online, on our website.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: If you'd like to take me up my my money back guarantee, all you have to do is send me an email with your Paypal transaction ID so that I can locate your purchase and refund it. As I mention on my home page, you may request a refund at any time and for any reason within 365 days of your purchase.
